the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with ordering a taxi at check-out. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with both a bath and shower. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options including Chinese, Western, sushi, fruits, pastries. the waiting staff were attentive and helpful. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, including the pool, and found the overall ambiance to be fresh and modern. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

I had a great stay at Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao. the location was perfect for my business needs as it was right next to NECC. the concierge was extremely helpful and the staff was friendly. the room was spacious, especially since I had booked a suite, and the business lounge access was a great bonus. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western cuisine, and the waiting-staff were attentive and accommodating. it was a fantastic experience with great value for money.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel staff offered us complementary breakfast and a bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for attending events and was also close to a few shops and the subway station.

The hotel had some major drawbacks. the bathroom had a really bad smell of sewers along with a patchy and slow wifi.

Loved the personal care I received upon early arrival, with breakfast and a place to rest. The location was perfect for my event at NECC, within easy walking distance. Metro Line 2 was also nearby. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Room service was prompt and the temperature control in the room was a plus. a great value for money.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of nearby attractions, but it was not a problem for us as we were there to attend an exhibition. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.
